Pastors and Staff

Matt Dean | Lead Pastor

Reverend Matt Dean has served as a pastor for congregations in Hong Kong, Atlanta, and Auburn. Matt and his wife, April, co-founded Grace Campus Ministries and served the Auburn University community from 2002 until 2009 before spending six years serving abroad in China and Hong Kong. In addition to his degrees from Auburn University and Asbury Theological Seminary, Matt has completed graduate coursework in theology at Reformed Theological Seminary and TESL at Wheaton College, as well as a church planting residency with The Summit Collaborative in 2019. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Christ Our Redeemer Seminary.

The Deans have been married for 21 years and have seven children - Josh, Caleb, Luke, Anna Grace, Noelle, Violette, and Elizabeth. Their son, Noah Watchman Dean, is now with Jesus.

As Lead Pastor, Matt provides primary direction for church leadership, vision, and preaching.

Lee Cadden | Executive Pastor

Lee Cadden served as College Pastor and Associate Pastor of Teaching in Auburn from 2010 through 2018 at Cornerstone Church. He and his wife, Lacey, spent part of 2008 in mainland China serving students in Kunming, which led them back to Auburn for campus ministry at the end of that year. Lee has a degree from Auburn University and has completed coursework with Reformed Theological Seminary.

Lee and Lacey have been married for 15 years and have loved investing in the city of Auburn and the University for over a decade. They have 3 children - Finley, Amos, and Rowan.

As Executive Pastor, Lee provides leadership and structure to our staff team and ministries.

Caleb Farrow | Student Pastor

Caleb Farrow served in student ministry for 9 years before coming to Grace Auburn. He and his wife Sarah met as students at Auburn University and have served in Opelika, Montgomery, and Decatur, Alabama. Caleb earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University before receiving a Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Theological Seminary. Caleb and Sarah have been married since 2012 and have two children, Judah and Elsie.  

As Student Pastor, Caleb provides leadership to Grace Students and Grace Campus.

Jeff Hollis | Associate Pastor

Jeff Hollis worked at Auburn University for 10 years before answering the call to vocational ministry. He and his wife Chelsea have been married since 2010 and they have two children, Jasper and Galilee. Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and an MBA from Auburn University Montgomery before enrolling in Christ Our Redeemer Seminary to pursue an MDiv.

As Associate Pastor, Jeff provides leadership for worship and livestream production teams, provides pastoral care for members of Grace Auburn Church, and assists with our membership process.

Kari Glemaker | Ministry Coordinator

Kari Glemaker has spent her entire career in faith-based ministry. Before moving back to Auburn in December of 2019, Kari served as the Assistant Director of Adult Discipleship at Hope Church in Mason, Ohio. She has also held roles as Kids Ministry Director, Regional Coordinator for MOPS International and director of iCare...about protecting children, a ministry under pureHOPE. Kari holds degrees from Campbell University and Auburn University. She has taught on the high school and college level. Kari has been married to Dave Glemaker for 30+ years and they are parents to Joshua (wife Sara), Jacob, Emma, and Shatayia.

As Ministry Coordinator, Kari serves our church and staff team by coordinating the details of our ministries with those who are serving.

Michele Weeks | Grace Kids Director

Michele Weeks graduated from Auburn University in 1998 and has a background in Physical Therapy, specializing in pediatrics. She and her husband Mark have been married for 15 years and have 5 children, Ava, Harrison, Hudson, Jackson, and Georgia. Throughout these years of growing their family, she has been leading and teaching in children’s church ministries.  

As Director of Grace Kids, Michele is responsible for the programming that serves newborns through 5th graders. She leads and coordinates a supportive team of volunteers and teachers who love and serve kids and families at Grace Auburn.

Jarrod Holt | Creative Arts Director

Jarrod Holt previously served as a worship intern/leader at Cornerstone Church for 4 years. He and his family have lived in the Auburn area for over 20 years and continue to serve the community through Ross House Coffee, a local coffee shop and roastery. Jarrod has a degree from Auburn University in graphic design and is pursuing a Masters of Divinity from Christ Our Redeemer Seminary.

As Creative Arts Director, Jarrod provides leadership and direction for our team of musicians, working alongside our pastors to lead Grace Auburn in a whole-life response in worship of Jesus, as well as media and design oversight for various ministries within the church.

Amy Vaughn | Grace Kids Ministry Coordinator

Amy Vaughn graduated from Mississippi State University in 2007 with a BBA emphasis in marketing. Amy and her husband, Frank, have served in local church ministry since 2002 in Mississippi, Georgia, and Alabama. They have been married for 21 years and have three daughters, Haven, Leyton, and Caroline. Amy homeschools their children along with serving part-time at Grace Auburn.  

As Grace Kids Coordinator, Amy works closely with Michele to establish  programming, coordinate volunteers, and maintain resources. 

Caroline Sasnett | Communications and Media Coordinator

Caroline Sasnett graduated from Auburn University in 2009, then joined her husband, Joel, in Washington, D.C., where they spent the next 12 years. She previously served on staff at Cheverly Baptist Church managing all things administration and communication. Her dreams came true when they were able to move back to Auburn in 2021. Caroline and Joel have been married since 2010 and are parents to Ada, June, and Fletcher. 

As Communications and Media Coordinator, Caroline works to ensure that communication at Grace Auburn is intentional, clear, and serves the mission of the church. 

Fuller Musselwhite | Pastoral Resident

Fuller Musselwhite began serving in multiple ministry areas as a Pastoral Intern at Grace Auburn in 2020. Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Fuller earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and is now pursuing a Masters of Divinity from Christ Our Redeemer Seminary.

 As a Pastoral Resident, Fuller will spend three years preparing for vocational ministry by serving alongside pastors and ministry teams at Grace Auburn Church while attending seminary.
