Caroline Sasnett graduated from Auburn University in December 2009, then rang in 2010 by marrying her husband, Joel, on New Year's Day. They spent the next 12 years in Washington, D.C. working for the government and growing their family with the additions of Ada, June, and Fletcher. Caroline previously served on staff at Cheverly Baptist Church overseeing administration and communication. Their dreams of returning to the Plains came true when they moved back in 2021.

As Operations Director, Caroline oversees Grace Auburn's Communications and Administrative processes and systems.
